About Us:

Health & Wealth Foundation Inc. was founded in 2019 by LeCleaise J. Smith and Kwame R. Cunningham with the intent to build healthy relationships in the community while spreading global wealth. Health & Wealth Foundation is incorporated with the State of Georgia as a 501(C)(3) Domestic Non-Profit Corporation. They recognized that there is a need for educational support services and health & wellness awareness in underserved communities. The goal of Health & Wealth Foundation Inc. is to provide educational services to increase academic performance while improving health and wellness through training and life skill development.

Our Mission:

The mission of Health & Wealth Foundation Inc. is to cultivate and encourage positive interpersonal relationships among our community’s youth. Our focus is to provide services to underprivileged populations and families who need specialized services. The need for educational support services and health and wellness education in underserved communities is a need our organization focuses on. Young scholars in these areas struggle with societal detriments such as academic achievements, attendance rates, and nutritional needs.

The vision of Health & Wealth Foundation Inc. is to provide opportunities for growth and development in our youth by spreading a wealth of knowledge to enhance health, wellness, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) to underserved scholars.
