Health & Wealth Foundation Inc. was founded in 2019 by LeCleaise J. Smith and Kwame R. Cunningham with the intent to build healthy relationships in the community while spreading global wealth. Health & Wealth Foundation is incorporated with the State of Georgia as a 501(C3) Domestic Non Profit Corporation. They recognized that there is a need for educational support services and health & wellness awareness in underserved communities. The goal of Health & Wealth Foundation Inc. is to provide educational services to increase academic performance while improving their health and wellness through training and life skill development
